Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SEO Wollongong (a division of Digital Age Media), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

SEO Wollongong provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, web design, and business automation consulting. The specific scope of work for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are set forth in the relevant proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.

Client Obligations

To provide effective services, we require your cooperation. This includes:

• Providing timely access to website analytics and CMS platforms
• Approving content and strategies in a reasonable timeframe
• Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate and lawful

No Guarantees

While we use industry-best practices, SEO Wollongong does not guarantee specific rankings on search engines. Search engine algorithms are proprietary and subject to change. We are not responsible for changes in rankings or traffic caused by algorithm updates.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all content, code, and strategies developed by SEO Wollongong remain the property of Digital Age Media until full payment is received, at which point the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
